![]() Reptile Displays Blue Mountains Reptile Awareness provide a variety of formats in their educational shows depending on the needs of each client. Neville believes however, that his greatest skills lie in the area of the predominantly venomous shows that he presents in an approved mobile pit that can be set up either indoors or outside in a suitable flat area. For country areas particularly, where people on the land are more likely to encounter snakes than most city dwellers, Neville concentrates on the safe avoidance of snake encounters and how to react if this situation arises.
By
the handling of the most venomous species, Neville proves to the
audience that snakes are defensive not aggressive. First aid for
venomous snake bite is demonstrated and discussed and the attending
public gets to see the way in which various venomous species react to
human intrusion. The shows are both educational and entertaining for
all ages and have great authenticity being based on many years of hands
on experience with reptiles both in the wild and in captive conditions.
